"Couldn't be happier! I bought a car which finally lives up to my first car and I couldn’t be happier! The car was viewed and purchased the same afternoon, came with service and new MOT and was exactly as described in the advert and shown in the photos. Mark was very pleasant to deal with, he answered all questions honestly and presented no pressure to purchase. His relaxed but fair style certainly made this purchase a good experience. He even told my old banger off my hands despite clearly having no interest in it. All paperwork including tax and warranty was completed straight away and made the change from banger to beaut’ simple and hassle free. When I am ready to upgrade this will be the first place I look!"

"Very happy with my Jaguar from Marcus James. Recent purchased a Jaguar S-Type from Marcus James Cars and very pleased with the car and service. Mark was brilliant to us and very helpul. Made an appointment to see him on the Sunday, the car was exactly as described and he gave a higher px price than I had anticipated. Upon starting up the S-Type it indicated a fuel pump issue, but it turned out to simply be that it was almost out of fuel and parked on a slope but Mark was good enough to put some fuel in for peace of mind without making us feel we then had to purchase it. Especially considering the car I bought is of relatively much lower value to most of his stock I felt I was treated the same as someone spending 20k and would certainly recommend."

"Great cars and great service. I bought my first car ever from Marcus James Cars at the end of April 2017. I found them via Autotrader and the posting for my car was accurate and honest with a lot of photographs. I booked in for a test drive over the phone and they let me have a good long one. When I found that the rear brake pads and discs needed replaced, they did it no problem and for no charge. The staff clearly know cars, Mark Thornton in particular helped me, and he was very happy to answer questions and didn't push for a hard sale or mislead me in anyway. They handled all the owner/keeper information with the DVLA for me too. Really pleased and impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them."

"They make buying a car a pleasure. You hear all sorts of horror stories about used car dealers. Well you can forget all of them when dealing with Marcus James. From first viewing the car to taking it home took a day. They helped with all the V5 and tax paperwork and never put any pressure on us to buy the car. It really was a pleasure to buy from them. Maybe in a few years I'll be back to get another Volvo XC60 !"
